Savour our land, there's something for everyone! The trumfes or Camprodon potatoes are one of our star products which, thanks to the conditions and climate of the Valley, acquire an authentic flavour.If you have a sweet tooth, try the Birba biscuits. They've been with Camprodon since the 19th century; a long, sweet family history based on quality, flavour and the naturalness of its products, all produced using the traditional methods.

A sector that allows the raising of foals
Foal meat is a top quality product and one of the treasures of the Girona Pyrenees. Another is the veal from the Ripollès region, which follows a process that is strictly respectful of the well-being of the animals born, raised and fattened in the fresh air and on country houses. The cold meats also form part of this strong cattle-rearing and agricultural tradition, a legacy we conserve and enjoy in the establishments, restaurants and shops of the Valley.
